For Event Organisers

You're planning an event, the date is set and the invitations are being printed. Wouldn't it be nice to record the event? Booking a professional photgrapher can not only add a sense of occasion to your function it can also provide an additional source of funds.

We'll help you plan your event - visiting the site beforehand if necessary to find the best place for us to set up our equipment. Our goal is to help you raise funds and for your guests to have a fantastic time.

If a digital projector is being used as part of your event it is possible to produce a “best of the night” slideshow – usually a very popular and fun way to end the formal part of the evening.

And of course we’ll be happy to supply you with as many images as you like, to help you generate awareness of the event for next year and provide images for your website and supporters' newsletters.


We pay £1 per order received to the organisers, which at a large event can provide a significant donation – as well as a beautiful and lasting memento for your guests.
